Using this Site Constitutes Acceptance of a Legal Agreement.
This Terms and Conditions of Use is a legal agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Oxford Insurance Group Inc. (“OXFORD”).  The Agreement sets the terms and conditions for using the website (“Site”).  We provide this Site to you expressly subject to this Agreement.  By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any other way, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree that the terms of this Agreement bind you.  You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

General Information.

OXFORD Charges a 12.5% Policy Fee (based on premium) on all policies sold not to exceed $85.00. OXFORD complies with all state, federal, and local laws pertaining to the sale of automobile insurance.  OXFORD  is a licensed entity with the Illinois Department of Insurance.
Use of Site.

OXFORD authorizes you to view and make copies of documents, pages, images or other materials or content on this Site, for your non-commercial, personal use only.  We reserve all other rights.  You may not distribute, display, transmit, or disseminate any such documents, pages, images, materials, or content without the prior written consent of OXFORD.
Modification and Continued Use.
OXFORD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time.  Your use of this Site after such a modification will constitute your acceptance of, and your agreement to, any new or amended terms and conditions.

Copyright, Trademark and Related Issues.
The trademarks, titles, trade names, images, graphics, designs and other content appearing on this Site are protected intellectual properties that are owned by OXFORD or used with permission.  Nothing contained on this Site confers any right under any trademark, copyright or other intellectual property right, except as expressly provided on this Site.

By purchasing a policy with OXFORD, you consent to receive text and email messages sent by OXFORD for business purposes by an automatic system. Consent to these terms is not a condition of purchase. Submission of Ideas.

Our policy is to not accept or review unsolicited ideas or suggestions from persons outside the agency.  Notwithstanding such policy, any ideas, suggestions, know-how, comments or concepts that are offered or communicated to us through this Site or otherwise shall be the property of OXFORD, and may be treated by us as non-confidential.  OXFORD maintains the unrestricted right to use and disclose such ideas, suggestions, knowledge, expertise, comments, or concepts for any purpose without compensation or obligation to any party.

User Conduct. 

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Site, render the Site inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the Site or the Content. You agree not to add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify any content on the Site, or to attempt to access any content that is not intended for you. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that might interfere with the rights of third parties.

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this Site, including, without limitation, accessing data or logging onto a server or account which you are not authorized to access; attempting to breach security or authentication measures and attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including via means of introducing a virus to the Site, overloading or flooding, spamming, mail bombing or crashing.

Privacy.

OXFORD may collect and store personally identifiable information about you if you voluntarily submit such information to OXFORD. Personally identifiable information may include your name, email address, physical address and other information that specifically identifies you.  OXFORD may also automatically collect (through cookies, described below, and other methods) and store aggregate or anonymous information about user contact with and use of the Site.   Examples of this type of information include demographic information, the type of internet browser you are using, the length of time you spent on the Site, the domain name of the web site from which you linked to our Site and your browsing habits on and usage of the Site.   Non-personally identifiable information may also include personally identifiable information that has been aggregated so that no one individual is specifically identifiable (such as, how many users in a particular city access the Site). OXFORD will use any personal information you supply through this Site in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Cookies

OXFORD collects anonymous, non-confidential, and non-personal information when you use our site, send us emails, or respond to special promotions or newsletters that we may send to you from time to time. For example, cookies are small computer files that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive that allow us to know how often someone visits a site and the activities they conduct while on that site (whether you subscribed to our newsletter, requested more information, etc.). Every computer is assigned a different cookie by OXFORD.  The information collected by cookies helps us dynamically generate content on web pages and also allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using our site or are opening our emails. We may use cookie information to determine the popularity of certain content or advertisements. It may be possible to link non-personal cookie information to personally identifiably information collected.  You may be able to turn off cookies in your browser, but this may hinder our ability to provide you with certain services or your ability to enjoy certain features of the Site.

Non-Waiver of Our Rights.


You agree that our failure to enforce any rights under this Agreement or applicable law cannot be construed as a waiver of our rights in any way.
No Representation Regarding Jurisdictional Availability.
OXFORD makes no representation that the documents, pages, images or other materials or content on this Site are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the U.S.A. or in all states and jurisdictions in the U.S.A.

Severability. 

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be legally invalid or unenforceable:  (1) the validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall not be affected; (2) such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision consistent with applicable law; and (3) such provision shall be valid, enforceable and enforced in its modified form.

Enforcement/ Choice of Law/ Choice of Forum.

If any part of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of this Agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect. Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, OXFORD’s Privacy Policy or your use of the Site are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to any conflict of law’s provisions.   The Cook County, Illinois state or federal Courts of general jurisdiction will be the exclusive venue for litigating disputes arising out of this Agreement or your use of this site.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties.

OXFORD uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this Site is accurate, but does not guaranty such accuracy.  OXFORD makes no representations regarding the use or results of any content on this Site with respect to its accuracy, reliability or any other matter.  NEITHER OXFORD NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THIS SITE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THIS SITE.  Without limiting the foregoing, neither OXFORD nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering this Site shall be liable for any damage to your computer equipment or other property, or for any viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property.

IN SUCH STATES, OXFORD’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED AND WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUT SHALL, IN NO EVENT, EXCEED $100.00.
